A 72-year-old man is fighting for life in hospital this morning after being bitten in the throat by a dog at his friend’s house in Adelaide’s north.

A 72-year-old man is fighting for life in hospital this morning after being bitten in the throat by a dog in Adelaide’s north.
He was attacked in the face and neck about 7pm on Monday at his friend’s home on Princess St in Willaston.
He was flown to the Royal Adelaide Hospital where he underwent surgery last night.
Police say his injuries are life-threatening.
The council has been notified of the attack.
