Man critically injured after receiving electric shock while working at King William Road beauty salon
MFS crews have worked frantically to free an injured electrician from the roofspace of a beauty salon after he received an electric shock. He remains in the hospital in a critical condition.

An electrician who was rushed to hospital yesterday remains in a critical condition after a receiving an electric shock during a workplace accident at Goodwood.
The man was working in the roofspace of a beauty salon on King William Road when the incident happened just after 3pm on Monday.
SA Ambulance Service paramedics responding to reports of a possible electrocution treated the man, who had to be rescued from the roofspace by Metropolitan Fire Service crews, who removed roofing sheets to gain access.
An SA Ambulance spokeswoman said a 29-year-old man who sustained an electric shock had was taken to Royal Adelaide Hospital in a critical condition.
A spokesperson from Safework SA said they had been notified of the incident.
“SafeWork SA inspectors have attended site to conduct investigations,” the spokesperson said.
“We are unable to provide any further information at this time.”
