A man has been arrested after police allegedly found a trafficable quantity of meth in his car at Murray Bridge in the early hours of Monday morning.
Police stopped a Ford sedan on Bridge St about 1am after checks revealed the driver did not hold a licence.
When they searched the man’s vehicle, police allegedly found a trafficable quantity of meth.
The man, 48, was arrested and charged with trafficking a controlled drug, driving suspended and resisting arrest.
He was refused police bail and was expected to appear in the Murray Bridge Magistrates Court on Monday.
