L-plater reported after crashing at Salisbury while supervised

An L-plate driver will face court after smashing into a northern suburbs home overnight. He was being supervised by a family member at the time of his crash.

A learner driver’s blunder behind the wheel will see him face court after crashing into a home at Salisbury.

Police rushed to Wilfred Ave about 9.30pm Sunday after reports a Toyota hatchback crashed into the wall of a home.

There were no reports of injuries to the occupants in the house and the learner driver, 20, of Salisbury, who was being supervised by a family member at the time of the crash, was not injured.

The driver was reported for due care and attention, and was bailed to appear in court at a later date.
