Let's Talk: Our State of Mind - Forum One Youth

The stress of the coronavirus pandemic has added to the strain on young people and their families.

Three South Australians working in mental health have described what it’s like on the frontline in our free online forum hosted by advertiser.com.au tonight.

The forum is part of the Let’s Talk campaign by The Advertiser and Sunday Mail to help the SA community address mental health challenges.

Dr Michelle Atchison, psychiatrist and vice-president of the Australian Medical Association SA, talked about how parents are affected.

Tasja Barelds manages the Headspace program for young people in Mount Gambier where communities have been hit by border closures.

Clinical psychologist Kirrilie Smout works with young children and adolescents as they navigate through troubled times.

Watch them in the video above or on the Advertiser Facebook page.
