Huge great white shark spotted at Aldinga Beach
Police have issued an alert after a 3m great white shark was spotted just 100m from shore at a popular SA beach.

Beachgoers have been warned after a 3m great white shark was spotted at Aldinga Beach on Sunday.
Police issued a warning on social media about 12.45pm, reporting the shark had been seen just 100m from shore.

Four bronze whaler sharks were also spotted at Christies Beach at the end of last month.
An alarm was sounded to warn swimmers but fortunately, there was no one in the water at the time.
Also last month, Surf Lifesaving SA announced more drones, more pilots and more cameras would be rolled out this summer as it prepares to improve safety for swimmers and beachgoers.
According to the sighting log published by Primary Industries, there have been numerous sharks spotted through October and November. A great white was reported off Henley Beach on November 1, while two unknown sharks were seen at Glenelg the same day. The same day a great white was reported at Stokes Bay on Kangaroo Island.
