How your electorate in SA voted in the Voice referendum

At one point regarded as a stepping stone to victory, SA scuttled the Voice referendum within an hour of polls closing. See how your seat voted.

Australia votes to reject an Indigenous Voice to Parliament

Counting in the Voice to parliament referendum continues today.

See how your South Australian electorate voted in the comprehensive results below.

Despite being regarded as a must-win state by the Yes camp, SA scuttled the referendum in less than an hour after polls closed, becoming the decisive third state to reject the proposal for constitutional change.

As the count stands, the Yes vote failed to secure a majority in any of SA’s 10 federal electorates, although ‘No’ is only marginally ahead in Adelaide and Boothby.

But in the vote in Grey, SA’s biggest electorate by area, was never in doubt with almost 80 per cent of voters rejecting the Voice proposal - the highest No vote in the state.

The proposal was also strongly rebuked in the seat of Barker where 77 per cent of voters wrote ‘No’ on their ballot papers.

See how your electorate voted and check back for updates as the final votes are counted.
