Located at the intersection of Magill Rd and Birkinshaw Ave, it would face St Joseph’s School, a Catholic primary school.

The curved building designed by Nic Design Studio would house 15 two-bedroom apartments and nine one-bedroom apartments.

The ground floor would also include a car park for 34 cars, using a two-level car-stacking system.
