Four-storey residential and retail building proposed for Tranmere, facing St Joseph’s School
Cool, curvy and classy – this proposed apartment block would make a striking neighbour to a private school in the eastern suburbs.
A stylish four-storey residential and retail building would be built facing a Catholic school in Adelaide’s east under a developer’s plan.
The apartment block at 515 Magill Rd, Tranmere, would include 24 dwellings and one retail shop on the ground floor.
Located at the intersection of Magill Rd and Birkinshaw Ave, it would face St Joseph’s School, a Catholic primary school.
The curved building designed by Nic Design Studio would house 15 two-bedroom apartments and nine one-bedroom apartments.
The ground floor would also include a car park for 34 cars, using a two-level car-stacking system.
The developer, One R&C, did not respond to questions.
The plans, which require approval from Campbelltown Council, are available for public feedback until December 4.
