Four people are in hospital after a two car smash in the northern suburbs on Saturday night.
Just before 9pm, two cars, a Holden Trax station wagon and a Holden Commodore, collided near the railway line on Kings Rd in Salisbury South.
SA Police said four people had been taken to hospital, and the road had been closed to westbound traffic.
The driver of the station wagon, a 37-year-old man from Salisbury Downs was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
The Commodore driver, a 26-year-old man from Pennington, and his 26-year-old passenger from Paralowie are also being treated for non-life threatening injuries.
A second passenger, a 29-year-old man from Ceduna, is being treated for serious injuries.
There is no suggestion a train was involved in the incident.
King Rd has since been re-opened.
