Four people have been arrested after a large brawl in the front yard of an Albert Park home that left a man seriously injured.
Police were called to a West Lakes Boulevard property just after 8pm on Saturday with reports of a fight at the premises.
An Albert Park man, 47, was found with serious injuries and was treated at the scene by paramedics.
He was taken to hospital in a serious but non-life threatening condition.
Western District patrols and detectives attended the property where four people were arrested.
Police said two 24-year-old men from Albert Park, a 50-year-old woman from Albert Park and a Rosewater man, 24, were charged with assault and affray.
All were granted bail to appear at Port Adelaide Magistrates Court on September 23.
West Lakes Boulevard residents were largely unaware of the commotion.
Several residents told The Advertiser they did not hear or see the incident, despite it taking place in a front yard and across from a train station along the busy street.
Police said a weapon did not appear to have been used in the incident and that the victim and the four people charged were all known to each other.
