A local man has died after a workplace accident at a Monash business property on Wednesday.
Emergency services were called to the Goyder Hwy property at about 4pm after reports a worker had been critically injured by a vehicle.
The 41-year-old Riverland local died at the scene.
SafeWork SA has launched an inquiry into the death.
“A team of SafeWork SA inspectors travelled to the Riverland last night following the death of a worker near Monash yesterday afternoon,” a SafeWork SA spokesman said.
“Inquiries are continuing.”
