A toddler has been rushed to hospital in a serious condition after being kicked by a horse.
Just before 7pm on Friday, paramedics were called to an unspecified location at Two Wells after numerous triple-0 calls were made.
It is understood the incident occurred at a private property and a child was taken to Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
Earlier on Friday, a man was rushed to hospital after heavy machinery crushed his leg at a southern suburbs recycling depot.
Just after 9am on Friday morning, MFS and CFS crews were called to ResourceCo recycling depot on Meyer Rd, Lonsdale.
Paramedic crews followed shortly afterwards and took a man in his 50s to Flinders Medical Centre.
He is in a stable condition and SafeWork SA is investigating the incident.
