Ear-biter Acted Spontaneously 22/03/22
A man who bit off part of a stranger’s right ear during an altercation “reacted spontaneously” because the victim “was getting the better of him” during the scuffle, a court has heard.
Larger chain shops would be allowed to open two hours earlier on Sunday under the new Labor state government, should legislation pass parliament.
