An earthquake in Adelaide’s north east has sent ripples across the city.
The 2.3 magnitude quake was felt just after 3pm on Saturday in Fairview Park, approximately 22.4km from the city’s centre.
The small quake was about 10km below the earth’s surface, according to Geoscience Australia.
In total, 58 people reported feeling the tremor, including residents in Golden Grove, Ridgehaven and Modbury.
Further south, the tremor was also felt near Walkley Heights, Holden Hill, Hope Valley, Dernancourt, Athelstone and Rostrevor.
It was even felt as far as Bridgewater, about 44.2km from the quake’s epicentre.
