POLICE say they hope to make further arrests after smashing a $151 million drug syndicate with links to one of the state's original bikie gangs.

A two-year investigation into the Descendants outlaw motorcycle gang - codenamed Operation Divulge - culminated in the arrests of 25 people on Monday, including fully patched members, nominees and associates.

Police said they believed the Descendants gang, formed in the 1960s, was responsible for large scale manufacturing and distribution of illicit drugs.

Police said more than $150 million in drugs had been seized during the operation.

Items seized during the raids included:

21kg of methamphetamineequal to 1.5 million street deals.

21,000 ecstasy tablets equal to 21,000 street deals.

587 g of cocaineequal to 1825 street deals.

7.5L of fantasy equal to 1500 street deals.

4kg of pseudoephedrineat a street value of $400,000.

$240,000 cash.

TWO illegal handguns.

Charges laid to date include participating in a criminal group, taking part in the manufacture of a commercial quantity of a controlled drug, trafficking a commercial quantity of controlled drugs, aggravated firearm possession, possession of precursors and unlawful possession of cash.

Four men - a Blakeview man, 43, two Salisbury Heights men aged 42 and 34, and a Hope Valley man, 26 - were arrested at the Descendants' Dry Creek clubrooms.

The arrests come after three clandestine methamphetamine labs linked to the group were raided between last October and June.

Those raids seized 7kg of high-quality methamphetamine with an estimated street value of $24 million. Police said they believe the group was allegedly involved in the burial of large amounts of methamphetamine and ecstasy tablets at Inglewood.

Two men were arrested over the bust, which stemmed from an incident in March this year, when they were disturbed allegedly digging up buried containers along Mt Gawler Rd, west of Kersbrook by anti-firebug Operation Nomad patrols.

Serious and Organised Crime Branch Detective Chief Inspector Steve Taylor said the arrests would significantly affect the bikie gang's network.

"A value of $151 million is very substantial,'' Det-Insp Taylor said.

He said police would be lodging applications to seize seven homes.

He said police were hopeful of further arrests.
