Semaphore Rd was closed between Nelson St and Mead St until about midnight Monday.

Meanwhile, a 28-year-old man has been arrested after fleeing the scene of a three-car crash at Mount Pleasant.

Police and emergency services were called to Eden Valley Rd about 6pm after reports of a crash between a Holden SUV, Holden ute and a Nissan 4WD.
