CCTV released of Craigmore robbery in fresh bid to find knife-wielding suspect

Police have released vision of a knifepoint robbery at Craigmore in a fresh bid to locate the suspect.

A man who threatened a deli worker with a knife before stealing cash in the northern suburbs remains on the run.

Police have released CCTV of the robbery which happened at the store on the corner of Zurich Rd and California Ave at Craigmore about 2pm Monday November 29 2021 in a fresh bid to identify the offender.

The man is shown to enter the store holding the knife, before walking out the back of the store, and raiding the cash register while holding the weapon in the victim’s direction.

No-one was physically injured in the incident.

Police are urging anyone with information on the offender, who is described as being of caucasian appearance, 180cm tall, solid build, wearing a black hooded jumper, black Adidas shorts and black shoes, to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
