A man died after the car he was driving collided with a tourist bus at Seal Bay on Kangaroo Island on Sunday.
The 36-year-old’s three passengers were able to walk away from the crash with a SeaLink charter bus on South Coast Rd, about 1pm.
A MedStar emergency paramedic team, already stationed on the island as a precaution after bushfires, responded to the crash, but the driver died at the scene.
An SA Ambulance Service spokeswoman said there were no injuries among the 30 bus passengers and their driver.
The Advertiser understands the bus was taking tourists to Raptor Domain for an interactive wildlife show.
Major Crash officers headed to the scene to investigate, forcing the closure of South Coast Rd for several hours.
