A crane had to be used to remove a car from the O-Bahn overnight, holding up traffic for evening bus commuters in the north-eastern suburbs.
The vehicle drove on to the O-Bahn track about 6.20pm Monday at Paradise, heading towards Modbury.
The red Mitsubishi SUV then crashed and rolled near Heysen Court at Hope Valley
The driver, a Port Augusta man, 34, left the car and passenger to seek help, and was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital for treatment of his injuries.
His passenger, a Tea Tree Gully man, 37, was taken to the Lyell McEwin Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
A crane had to be used to remove the car from the track and buses were be delayed.
The O-Bahn Busway is part of a rapid bus transit system connecting the northeastern suburbs to the city and is only permitted for use for bus drivers.

It comes after another car became stuck on the O-Bahn in 2019 at Modbury.
The driver fled the ute when the crash happened in June of that year.
Meanwhile, there were heavy peak-hour delays for city-bound commuters on the South Eastern Freeway after a three-car crash early Tuesday morning.
The pileup happened on the Bridgewater ramp just before 8am Tuesday.
Police were at the scene and advised motorists to seek another route while the road was restricted.
The crash was cleared just before 9am but delays continued for some time.
