A naked man has been caught on camera lurking on Hindley Street

An indecent man has been captured on CCTV lurking around the CBD and defecating on the floor, with unaware late night workers close by. See the video.

A naked man has been caught on camera lurking in a Hindley St garbage disposal area with unknowing late night workers close by.

Footage of the indecent intruder lurking around the garbage disposal area in the notorious street was captured just after midnight on Saturday morning.

The man used a gap on top of the back gate to the garbage disposal area to let himself in, a worker said.

“He’s climbed up to where an opening is on the top of the gate and stuck his arm in and opened the gate physically and climbed in,” the worker told 7NEWS.

“Very strange and disturbing.”

The man watched workers come and go from the area for more than four hours.

“To see someone naked in a public place like this at that time of night, he’s obviously been waiting for someone to come and empty the bins from one of the surrounding businesses.”

Footage captured the man scoping out the area before he took off his clothes and defecated on the floor of the facility.

“He went and took a number two, straight on the ground, no toilet paper or anything,” the worker said.

The stalker has not been seen since the incident and police have said it was not reported to them.
