A 41-year-old cyclist has died in hospital following a mountain bike crash south of Adelaide last week.
Police are investigating the death of the male cyclist, who crashed on a bike track near Education Rd at Woodcroft about 11am on Sunday.
The Somerton Park man was taken by ambulance to the Flinders Medical Centre but died of his injuries on Tuesday.
Major crash officers are investigating the circumstances of the death.
He is the 68th life lost in crashes in South Australia so far this year, compared to 42 at the same time last year.
It comes after a Mount Barker motorcyclist died following a crash at Sellicks Beach on Monday.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of Main South Rd and Country Rd, Sellicks Beach, just before 4.15pm, after reports of a serious crash between a car and a motorcycle.
The rider, a 43-year-old man, died at the scene.
The 35-year-old woman from Moana, who was driving the Mercedes-Benz station wagon, was not injured but was taken to Noarlunga Hospital as a precaution.
