A mechanic for a major Darling Downs business has faced court after being charged with contravention of a DVO.
The man, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, made his first appearance at Warwick Magistrates Court after being charged with the breach offence.
The man has not yet entered a plea for the charge.
Lawyer Kylie Ward told the court on Monday the defence was “intending on sending a submission to prosecution on the matter”.
It is understood the man works at a large Darling Downs motor vehicle business as a mechanic.
The matter was adjourned to late November, with the man bailed and not needing to appear at the next appearance.
