Stock squad investigating reports of stolen sheep at Mount Whitestone
Police are searching for the people responsible for rustling more than a dozen stud-quality sheep from a rural property.

Detectives from the Rural and Stock Crime Squad are investigating the theft of 21 sheep from a Mount Whitestone farm.
One Dorset lamb ram, twelve Dorset lamb ewes, one Border Leicester ram and seven Border Leicester ewes were stolen from a property of Gatton-Clifton Road between 7am-3pm on February 24.
The stud quality sheep which were born in November, 2024 and have black NLIS tags with QDLV1050.
Police have appealed for anyone with knowledge of sheep matching these distinctive breeds or numbers and believe the sheep, maybe those missing, to come forward.
