Police probe suspicious vehicle fires in Boggabilla, Goondiwindi
Police are investigating after an alleged stolen vehicle from Queensland was found burning across the border in NSW.

NSW Police are investigating two separate vehicle fires in Boggabilla that were reported at the weekend.
It’s understood police were patrolling the area about 1am Saturday when they located a Toyota Landcruiser well involved in flames at the intersection of Brown and Fox streets.
Goondiwindi Fire and Rescue and Boggabilla Rural Fire Brigade quickly attended the scene and extinguished the blaze, having also attended another vehicle fire on a private property on Simpson St shortly beforehand.
Further checks from police revealed the Landcruiser was reported stolen from Goondiwindi.
Police were also notified of another fire which is believed to have occurred in the evening of July 17, where a motorcycle was found burnt out off the Bruxner Highway.
New England Police District officers are investigating both incidents.
