Woman, 77, killed when car crashes into tree at Morayfield
A woman has been killed when the car she was a passenger in lost control and struck a tree early on Tuesday north of Brisbane.

A 77-year-old woman has been killed when the car she was a passenger in lost control and struck a tree early on Tuesday.
Police said that about 12.10am, a grey Honda Civic was travelling along Morayfield Road, near Walkers Road when it crashed.
The driver, a 25-year-old Morayfield man was taken to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
The passenger, a Morayfield woman, was declared deceased at the scene.
The Forensic Crash Unit are investigating the circumstances of the crash.
