There were cheers, tears, biffs and the usual claims of bias.

The Origin decider had it all, with NSW claiming a historic 14-4 victory in front of a pumping Suncorp Stadium.

The Blues came from behind in the series to snap Queensland’s two-year reign, in a contest widely considered one of the best ever.

That was one of the few things fans from either side agreed on, however.

On a night that NSW did a Queensland on Queensland, the visitors eventually won the arm wrestle with two late tries.

Many fans simply hailed the spectacle.

Others, however, took aim at referee Ashley Klein for perceived bias, while NSW supporters were quick to sink the boot into a Maroons side that could now be facing mass changes.
