The alleged offences occurred between April 23 and May 27, affecting residences in East Brisbane, Highgate Hill, West End, New Farm, Bowen Hills, and Kangaroo Point.
Police allege the investigation took a turn on May 12 when the teen allegedly stole an e-bike from a 36-year-old man on Bell Street, Kanagroo Point while armed with a harmer, and fled.
No one was physically harmed during the incident.
Police were able to track down the teen and arrest him after a foot chase in Woolloongabba on June 4.
Investigators from the Dutton Park Criminal Investigation Branch and South Brisbane Tactical Crime Squad were involved in the take down of the teen, with body-warn camera footage showing the teen lying face down in a black top and blue jeans on the suburban road.
Two officers could be seen holding down the teen.
The 18-year-old from Bracken Ridge now faces multiple charges, including six counts each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and entering premises with intent to commit an indictable offence.
Additional charges include four counts of stealing, three counts of wilful damage, and one count each of entering premises and committing an indictable offence, common assault, and threatening violence.
He was remanded in custody and is expected to appear before Brisbane Magistrates Court on June 20.
