Police have released images of a man alleged to have exposed himself and conducted an indecent act on a Brisbane bus last month.

Police have released images of a man who allegedly exposed himself and conducted an indecent act on a bus from Brisbane's CBD to the bayside.

Police have released images of a man they believe could assist with investigations into an alleged indecent behaviour incident that occurred on a Brisbane bus in December last year.

Police say the man was travelling on a bus from Queen Street, Brisbane City to the Brighton area between 6pm and 6.40pm on December 3.

The man is alleged to have sat next to a female victim before exposing

himself and conducting an indecent act about 25 minutes into the journey.

The man then exited the bus at North Road, Brighton, near Greenwood Street.

The female victim was not physically touched or injured.

The man is described as approximately 30-years-old, with a tan complexion, frizzy black hair and tattoos on his left lower arm, upper right arm and shoulder.
