A young man has been flown to hospital after being bitten by a shark off Moreton Island.

A man in his 20s has been flown to hospital after being bitten by a shark off Moreton Island this afternoon.
It is understood the attack occurred in the waters near The Wrecks Walking Track at approximately 3.03pm.
The man received abdominal and leg injuries during the attack.
He was assessed on the scene by two Queensland Ambulance Service units before being flown to Princess Alexandra Hospital in a stable condition.
This comes less than three weeks after Charlize Zmuda, 17, was killed after being attacked by a shark at Bribie Island on February 3.
This is the fourth shark attack in Queensland in just months.
Luke Walford, 40, was fatally bitten by a shark on December 28 near Humpy Island, while a man was hospitalised after being attacked by a shark near Curtis Island.
