Man dies in Springfield motorcycle crash, others fighting for life in separate accidents
A man has died in a motorcycle crash south of Brisbane, while two others have suffered life threatening injuries in separate accidents north of the city.

A man has died following a motorcycle accident south of Brisbane this morning.
Emergency crews responded to a crash on the corner of Sinnathamby Boulevard and University Drive in Springfield Central at 12.46am. Paramedics treated a man in his 20s with critical injuries but was soon pronounced dead at the scene. Forensic Crash Unit investigations are underway.
It was a horror night on roads around Brisbane with two other serious crashes in Brisbane’s north.
A man is fighting for his life after an e-scooter crash on Friday night. Emergency crews rushed to the intersection of Butterfield Street and Bowen Hills bridge at 11:44pm.
Paramedics attended the scene and treated one man in his 40s with serious injuries.
The man was taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a life-threatening condition with head, pelvic and leg injuries.
Another man with life-threatening injuries was flown to hospital after a serious car crash in Woolmar.
Emergency crews were called to Gregors Creek Road at 11:10pm following reports of a car crash into a tree. A Queensland Fire Department spokesman said three crews attended the scene with two passengers entrapped in the vehicle at the time of arrival, soon released from the vehicle.
The driver, a man in his 20s, sustained critical injuries and was flown to the Princess Alexandra Hospital.
Paramedics treated another man in his 20s with minor injuries.
Investigations are underway.
