Monto man dies in truck rollover on Burnett Highway
A 61-year-old man has died after the large truck he was driving overturned on the Burnett Highway at Grosvenor early Wednesday morning.

A 61-year-old man died on Wednesday morning when a B-double truck hit a tree on the Burnett Highway and rolled onto its side at Grosvenor.
Emergency services were called to the tragic scene, just north of Mesners Road, around 4.45am, and the highway was shut down.
Traffic diversions were put in place and motorists were urged to proceed with care
The Monto man was originally reported to having sustained life-threatening injuries and was declared dead at the scene.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances surround the crash and have asked anyone with information or relevant camera footage to contact the police.
