Following six successful projects, Saville is the seventh development by Azure set to follow suit, with construction now completed.

Prominent Queensland developer, Azure, has completed construction on its latest development venture – Saville by Azure – at Richlands.

The $54m development is expected to see settlements occur next week.

Saville by Azure features 90 two-storey terrace homes, each featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a powder room, multipurpose room, double garage, and private landscaped courtyards.

The residences are situated within a secure, gated community and are set amid parkland, aligning with the company’s commitment to offering a luxurious yet low-maintenance living experience.

Queensland developer, Azure, has completed construction on its latest development venture, Saville by Azure, located at 153 Government Road, Richlands.

Residents will have exclusive access to the Azure AClub amenities, including a communal entertaining and dining pavilion, a resort-style swimming pool, and private gardens.

Azure director Trent Keirnan said Saville by Azure embodied what so many buyers were looking for today.
