A man in his 70s is fighting for life after he was hit by a vehicle north of Brisbane on Tuesday morning.

A man in his 70s is fighting for life after he was hit by a vehicle north of Brisbane on Tuesday morning.
The accident happened at the intersection of Clark Rd and Summerstone Boulevard at Morayfield just after 6am.
Queensland Ambulance Service said the elderly pedestrian was treated at the scene for a chest injury and was in a critical condition.
He has been taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital
