Queensland pop star Dami Im has announced the birth of her second child, a baby boy named Rory Jiyul Kim.
The X Factor winner and 2016 Eurovision finalist, 36, shared the news on Tuesday, posting a series of heartwarming family photos, including one of her newborn son and a family photo with husband Noah Kim and their two-year-old son, Harrison.
“And then there were four. Our second little boy, Rory Jiyul Kim has arrived earthside,” she wrote.
“There’s no song quite as beautiful as the first cry of your baby …. Noah and I are so in love and in awe as we get to know our little angel and also watch Harry become a big brother.”
The announcement quickly attracted a wave of congratulations from fellow musicians and friends, including Troy Cassar-Daley, Amy Sheppard, Ricki-Lee and Anthony Callea.
“Well done again you two,” Cassar-Daley commented.
“This is wonderful news,” Sheppard added.
The announcement comes six months after Im confirmed she was expecting her second child, telling fans in December that she and Noah were preparing to expand their family.
She proudly debuted her baby bump on the red carpet at the 2025 AACTA Awards on the Gold Coast, glowing as she posed alongside fellow entertainment industry stars.
The couple, who met through church as teenagers and married in 2012, have long been open about the importance of family.
The pair already share son Harrison, who celebrated his second birthday earlier this year.
Im rose to fame after winning The X Factor Australia in 2013 and went on to represent Australia in the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest, placing second with her powerhouse ballad Sound of Silence.
