Cyclist dead after being hit by teen driver on Bruce Highway
A man has been killed after he was hit by a Toyota RAV4 while cycling on the Bruce Hwy in North Queensland.

A man has died following a collision between a car and a bicycle on the Bruce Hwy at Midgenoo, northeast of Tully, on Saturday night.
A Toyota RAV4 was travelling northbound along the highway about 7.30pm when it crashed with the southbound cyclist.
The cyclist was declared dead at the scene.
The 17-year-old female driver and the 16-year-old male passenger did not sustain any physical injuries.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the incident and searching for dashcam/CCTV footage of the cyclist in the hours before the incident.
