Queensland Police investigating car stolen from Garbutt, dumped in Gulliver after spikes used

Call for dashcam footage after offenders flee stolen car after run-in with police.

Queensland police are searching for a group of offenders who fled from a car after it was stingered in Gulliver.

Police said the Holden Captiva was stolen at midnight on June 29 from Hugh Street, Garbutt.

The car was then stingered by police using a tyre deflation device on Sunday night just after 11pm.

It was then dumped on Fulham Road, Gulliver, where the occupants fled the scene.

Investigations are ongoing and no one has been arrested at this stage.

Anyone with dashcam footage or information are urged to contact police.
