Two people have died following a two-vehicle crash on the Mid-North Coast.
At about 5.15pm on Wednesday, emergency services responded to reports of a head-on crash on Oxley Hwy at Yarras, west of Port Macquarie, involving a Mitsubishi truck and an Isuzu ute.
Police arrived to find both drivers dead; they are yet to be formally identified.
No other injuries were reported.
A crime scene has been established and specialist officers will determine the circumstances surrounding the collision.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
Authorities are urging anyone with information or dashcam footage related to the incident to contact Crime Stoppers at 1800 333 000.
