A truck rollover in the Southern Highlands has sparked significant traffic delays on the Hume Highway on Friday.
Emergency services were called to a service station off the southbound lanes of the Hume Highway in Sutton Forest shortly before 9.30am following reports of a truck roll over.
Officers were told a large truck overturned while attempting to make a turn.
A 51-year-old truck driver was treated for non-life-threatening head lacerations by paramedics before being transported to Liverpool Hospital.
Firefighters, HAZMAT specialists, and police are currently working to secure the area, with the service station closed and traffic diversions in place.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area, with traffic updates available online.
