NT Police have charged a man in relation to a historical sexual assault in Nightcliff.
The 29-year-old male was arrested on Thursday by detectives from the Sex Crimes Unit for his alleged involvement in a sexual assault committed in October 2020 against a woman who was known to him.
He was charged with one count of sexual intercourse without consent and remanded to face the Darwin Local Court on Friday.
