A POPULAR Palmo servo with an estimated annual income of almost $400,000 is going to auction.

3 Lambrick Ave, Bakewell — the Caltex servo at Bakewell Shopping Centre — is going to auction on Thursday, November 5 with major commercial real estate company Cushman & Wakefield in Brisbane.

The site includes the Caltex servo with a floor space of 463 sqm, a land area of 2710 sqm and 14 car parks.

According to the listing, it has a net income of $390,000 per annum plus GST.

The was built in 2016 and is site currently independently owned.

It has a 15 year net lease to 2035, with options to 2065.
