A CAIRNS man reported missing on Sunday has been found safe and well.
Police went searching for 33-year-old Jake Forsyth-Turner, who was last seen Sunday morning at 10am at a Trivia Street address in Palm Cove.
Preliminary investigations indicated Mr Forsyth-Turner intended on hiking behind Palm Cove towards Mount Buchan, but had not been seen or heard from since.
Police commenced a search operation in bushland near Foley Road on Monday afternoon, but were unable to locate him.

However, a Queensland Police Services spokeswoman said he was confirmed to have been found safe and well near Mount Molloy.
The spokeswoman said he had notified a family member he was going out camping, but they had forgotten to let anyone know, leading to him being reported missing.
