The woman, who didn’t want to be named, said the Gunner Government had also discovered the married father of five was active on dating app Tinder.
She said a senior staffer took Mr Turner out for coffee and told him to “keep it in his pants”.
It comes after Chief Minister Michael Gunner sacked Mr Turner from caucus, saying the MLA had “lost my trust” and the trust of the Labor government.
Mr Gunner said he had spoken to Mr Turner through the week but it had come to his attention that the first term parliamentarian had not been “completely forthcoming” with him or his colleagues.
