ABOUT 10.45AM, M AND J ARRIVED AT 2 BELUGA DR, CAMERON PARK TOGETHER.

J How much is there, 250?

J Hasn’t landed.

M Hasn’t landed. Spoke about it being on an Australia Post truck and not dropped off at the post office yet.

J So how much of the 125 has been promised to people and shit?

M The other 250 is basically 250 total.

J Les (Mason) reckons he’s got a f. ken ounce to himself.

M Les is f. ked ‘cause he was gunna get an ounce but was gunna pay with the money was to get this week. The boys are coming up with 40 grand this week, which doesn’t … so Les is getting nothing … unless he can somehow come up with some coin. No one is getting any on tick, so (mumbling) he said he wanted an ounce and then he wanted a couple of grams …

M I gotta pay $36,000 today (indecipherable) out of that 250, this 250 basically all of it like nine ounces probably like realistically 12 grand maybe 15 grand. The next 250 gets here on Thursday, probably still four ounces.

J Yeah.

J Well, what can I grab today then? What do you charge? A hundred a gram?

M Cost — what I do with all the boys is they just say everyone knows it costs me ah $100 a gram. You know this first lot was 125, so it’s 200 a gram and most sell it for 300 or a bit more. That’s your choice if you want to cut it down, it’s your choice.

J No, I don’t want to cut it down.

M No, but what I’m saying they are happy with that.

J So whatever you take, that’s what you give back.

M Pretty much.

J So if you take 10 grams, that’s $1000 and I owe you a thousand bucks.

M Yeah and you make a $1000.

M Yeah, yeah, yeah.

WHILE M SPOKE WITH THE OFFENDER HE WALKED AROUND THE KITCHEN AND WEIGHED WHITE POWDER.

11.05am

J So when you say the next lots coming? Thursday?

M Thursday? Hopefully it lands in Australia today.

J How, what can I grab today? 10?

M 8.

J 8, and then fix you up Thursday.

M Yep, sweet. Done.

J Yep. And how much will I be able to get Thursday?

M Well, hopefully you’ll be able to get a fair bit Thursday.

J Like I said, just keep it between us, eh?

M I can’t commit ‘till it’s here.

J … or no, not doing it.

M I can’t, there is very few people that even know.

J Yeah.

M So that’s why I prefer to deal with the guys in Sydney, so I don’t have to deal with the guys in Sydney so I don’t have to deal with anyone up here.

J Or boys you trust here anyways — f**kin boys you can and can’t trust has whittled down, hey?

M Any walk of life there’s always someone that …

M I’ll just give you one of these packs.

M THREW A PLASTIC BAG CONTAINING COCAINE POWDER ONTO THE KITCHEN BENCH. J APPEARED TO ROLL THE BAG UP BEFORE PLACING IT IN HIS RIGHT PANT POCKET.

ABOUT 11.09AM J WALKED TO THE DINING TABLE WHERE HE REMOVED THE PLASTIC BAG FROM HIS RIGHT PANT POCKET BEFORE EMPTYING SOME OF THE CONTENTS ON TO THE TABLE.

J PLACED THE PLASTIC BAG CONTAINING COCAINE BACK INTO HIS POCKET BEFORE SNORTING THE COCAINE THAT HE EMPTIED ONTO THE TABLE INTO HIS NOSE.

ABOUT 11.22AM J WAS SEATED AT THE DINING TABLE AND M WAS BEHIND THE KITCHEN BENCH.

J Can I try some of this? Are you right?

M Yeah.

J AND M CONTINUED TO TALK AS J PREPARED COCAINE.

J Have you got a card or something brother, or anything to f. kin crush that?

M You can grab a knife or something.

J Yeah, a knife.

J WALKED BEHIND THE KITCHEN BENCH AND OPENED A DRAWER BEFORE RETURNING TO THE DINING TABLE. J CAN BE HEARD CHOPPING COCAINE WITH THE KNIFE ON THE TABLE.

ABOUT 11.25AM J SNORTED THE COCAINE THAT HE HAD PREPARED INTO HIS NOSE.

J So you said the one on Thursday hasn’t been delivered yet.

J So have you ever had a bad batch?

M No.

J Never had any complaints.

ABOUT 11.32AM J DISCUSSED PAYMENT FOR THE EIGHT GRAMS OF COCAINE THAT HE PURCHASED.

J See you I’ll definitely see you Thursday. I’ll bring out those dollars. I’m just thinking … it’s 1600.

M Yeah.

J Not 800.

M Yeah, you’ve got to give me 1600.

J Yeah, ‘cause it was 800 for today plus I give you 100 today. So I’ll bring you 16 Thursday and then whatever we can do Thursday. See ya, legend.

J LEFT THE PREMISES.
