A special investigation by The Sunday Telegraph reveals the local councils cashing in on motorists, having raked in $212 million in fines in the 2017-18 financial year.
Urban Affairs Reporter Ben Pike reveals while streets in the city’s CBD ranked in the top 10, it’s streets in south west Sydney and the Northern Beaches which are proving the most lucrative for local councils.
