A covert police task force targeting Asian crime gangs in Sydney has charged dozens of people.

Task Force Lupin, established in July 2024 by the State Crime Command’s Organised Crime Squad, has charged more than 30 people.

Police say incidents connected to the crime gangs were motivated by drug supply in Sydney’s south west.

Task Force Lupin have charged more than 30 people in the last six months.
