Two people have died and another is fighting for life after a shocking run on South Australian roads continued overnight.

Two people have died and another is fighting for life after a horror run on South Australian roads yesterday.
The most recent crash occured just after 11pm on Sunday in Adelaide’s south.
A 56-year-old woman, who was the driver and sole occupant of the car, crashed into a tree at the intersection of Upper Penneys Hill and Piggott Range roads in Onkaparinga Hills.
She died at the scene.
About five hours earlier, a 23-year-old man crashed into a tree on Fairbanks Rd in Glenburnie.
He also died at the scene.
Major Crash investigators attended both crash scenes on Sunday night to examine the circumstances surrounding the incidents.
The state’s road toll is now 49 compared to 30 at the same time last year.
Meanwhile, an elderly man is in a critical condition in the Flinders Medical Centre after the car he was in crashed into a tree near Finniss, between Currency Creek and Milang, just before 4pm on the same day.
The smash occurred on Finnis-Milang Rd.
Traffic diversions were in place as paramedics helped the man.
