UPDATE: Police are investigating whether an outlaw bikie feud is behind two suspicious fires in Adelaide’s south overnight.

POLICE are investigating whether an outlaw bikie feud is behind two suspicious fires in Adelaide’s south overnight.

A molotov cocktail was thrown at a tattoo parlour on Main South Rd, Morphett Vale, just after 1am on Thursday.

The business, as well as a massage parlour next door, sustained minor damage as fire crews extinguished the blaze quickly.

Police believe the incident is connected to a garage fire at Seaford about 90 minutes later.

Firefighters were sent to a Grange Court townhouse about 2.40am and arrived to find a detached garage fully ablaze.

Three cars were destroyed and the townhouse was also damaged.

The MFS says the fire caused about $50,000 damage.

No one was injured.

Police issued a statement on the matter later on Thursday morning.

“Police suspect the fires are linked and not random incidents, and are also investigating if there are any possible links to outlaw motorcycle gang activity,” it read.

Seaford resident Matt, 39, who did not wish to have his surname published, lives near the Seaford townhouse that was targeted and said he was woken by the sound of an explosion.

“(There were) just constant bangs, explosions all the time,” he said.

“It was something like out of a movie.”

Matt said it was worrying that the incident may be linked to outlaw bikies.

“It’s something you don’t really want on your doorstep,” he said.

“We’ve got four kids and that’s the last thing we want to be seeing.”

Another Seaford resident who lives near the house, Rachel Iry, said it was concerning the home was targeted.

“It’s a bit scary,” she said.

“It’s horrible.”

Meanwhile, a worker at the massage parlour that was damaged in the earlier Morphett Vale incident said she was “so scared” that the neighbouring tattoo business was attacked.

“I came in the morning (but) I didn’t want to come here,” Pathitta Redshaw said.
