Israel-Iran conflict live updates: Trump’s latest Canada insult, Iran’s foreign minister hits back after Trump outburst
Donald Trump has made a major call on US trade talks with Canada after the country made what he called a “direct and blatant attack” on the US.
Welcome to our live coverage of the still febrile situation in the Middle East, and in US politics.
In an extraordinary outburst on social media, US President Donald Trump claimed he had saved Iran’s Ayatollah Ali Khameni from assassination, lasing out at the supreme leader for ingratitude.
