A VIDEO showing a thrillseeker jump over a gap between two Surfers Paradise buildings left onlookers stunned.
The people behind the camera were in shock watching the man warm up before running and leaping from one building ledge to another, landing safely with a tumble roll.
The man runs around the roof of the building back to where he started to celebrate his stunt with his mate.
A person at the start of the video can be heard saying: “He’s stretching, he’s gonna have a crack”.
When the man landed safely a voice cried “he made it” and another said “oh my God”.
A Queensland Police spokesperson said no one had made a complaint about the actions in the video and they’re not sure when the incident occurred.
The spokesperson said a potential offence for the actions in the video include unregulated high-risk activity if the stunt is judged to be unlawfully.
The offence has a maximum penalty of one year imprisonment.
