ARIA award-winning busker-turned-superstar Tones and I – who mesmerised fans with a surprise gig at Miami on the Gold Coast – planned a special performance on the city outskirts.

Tones and I wowed the hundreds-strong crowd at Miami’s Ed Hardy park near the beachfront with a free performance on Sunday afternoon.

The singer of sensational hit Dance Monkey returned to the Coast on Monday afternoon with a special performance at Beechmont.

Tones and I has a special connection to the small town after she filmed one of her first video clips there a couple of years ago at The Providence Farm Hall.

Attendees enjoyed an afternoon of live music, with support acts playing, local market stalls and food and drinks.

Before making it big, she was sleeping rough and busking on the streets of Byron Bay, drawing huge crowds.
